noting that many younger people are insisting on that kind of flexibility. Peacock,
too, feels that her productivity has dramatically increased. “I believe that BC Central is getting great
value from this arrangement; there is no overtime in my world,” she
says. Peacock, a self-proclaimed binge worker, will send emails
at 3 am when in the middle of a project. “When it’s
over, I collapse for a day or two.”
