Telecommuting, or turning the house into an office, is becoming part of the corporate culture. However, it doesn’t work for everyone.

But project work is suitable for telecommuters; they can gather information over the Internet and the telephone and it is easy for the manager to measure. Peacock works on a project-by-project basis, if she completes the assignment on time and to the client’s satisfaction, she has met her goal.
