Coffee Break- The Ultimate In Sustainability

Well, just to mix it up, the art director, who usually has me illustrate covers for him in my cut-paper style, asked me to illustrate this cover in my inky style. Due to it's political nature, I thought it a propos.

In Ukraine and Russia, two international centres are "recycling" Cold War nuclear scientists to work on sustainability projects. I played up the idea of scientists recycling their knowledge as well as their past projects. They are recycling a nuclear warhead and transforming into a wind turbine.
